Gorilla Ice Gang is a community based cold water group established to bring people together at organized cold water plunge events. The purpose is to benefit the community with positive mental health and postitive physical health through the use of cold water. Not just cold water but water that reaches temparatures of -6 degrees celcius and often -3 degrees celcius with sometimes even a point of -1 degrees celcius!. We plan to hold both winter and summer events but we will start slow with winter gatherings at Verdun Beach in Montreal, QC, Canada and work our way into summer events and across Canadian provinces. Our grand opening is set for November 1st, 2026 but you can already join our group or be notified through our email mailing list signup below on this page or find us on social media very soon. What maybe makes us different then other cold water groups is our commitment to donate regularly part of all revenue to the children of Gaza, Palestine as well as to the strenghtening and rebuilding of communities of Canadian neighborhoods affected by the sale and abuse of drugs and alcohol.
